Easy Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

64 oz. vanilla flavored low-fat yogurt
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs worth of egg substitute
Preparation

Day Before:
Drain yogurt to make cheese (see following). Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Lightly grease an 8-inch pie pan or a 7-inch spring-form pan.
Place yogurt cheese in a medium size bowl.
Add sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice and vanilla.
Mix with wire whisk until well blended.
Stir in egg substitute.
Pour into prepared pan and smooth top with spatula.
Bake until center is set, 20 to 25 minutes for pie pan, 45 to 55 minutes for spring-form.
Chill in fridge.
Serves 16.
