Bo-Bo'S Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 level Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
    pinch of salt
    1 c. evaporated cream
    8 oz. peanut butter
Preparation
    Grease large platter with butter.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add cream.
    Cook on high heat until boiling.
    Reduce heat to medium; stir constantly.
    Have 2 small bowls of ice water on the stove. Test a few drops of mixture; do this until it forms a ball. Remove from heat; add peanut butter.
    Beat on high speed until smooth and creamy.
    Pour on greased platter.
    Spread with knife. Let cool, then eat.
