Cracker Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pkg. saltine crackers from a box of four
    1 c. celery, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Break up crackers into a large bowl; add celery, onions, parsley, eggs, salt and pepper.
    Set aside 1/4 cup broth to mix in cornstarch.
    Heat chicken broth, stir in cornstarch mix; keep stirring until mixture thickens and has the consistency of gravy. Keep hot.
    Just before serving, pour small amounts over crackers; toss to moisten.
    Do not have too wet.
