Mamma Ellard'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Mrs. Smith's pie shell
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 can dark corn syrup
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 beaten eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. vanilla or rum extract
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour.
Add syrup, butter and eggs.
Mix all together and add pecans, vanilla or rum extract and salt.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and cook for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
