Baked Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can sweet peas, drained
3/4 c. Carnation evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. pimentos, chopped
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
4 slices salt bacon
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place drained peas in a baking dish and add milk.
Fry salt bacon and pour over peas.
Add pimentos, salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake until it bubbles. Serves 4.
