Beat And Eat Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white, beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl and add boiling water.
Beat until frosting stands in peak.
Beat about 15 minutes.
Add vanilla.
