Amy'S Pork Tenderloin(Stuffed Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. whole pork tenderloin
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    4 Tbsp. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except water.
    With a very sharp knife, cut a hole in the middle of tenderloin and stuff the mixture inside.
    Heat butter in a skillet and cook tenderloin on all sides until golden brown, then put in the oven at 375\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes until done.
    Cut into thin slices and serve.
