Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. stale whole wheat bread, cubed
    1 c. nonfat milk
    1/2 c. apple juice
    4 c. apples, thinly sliced and peeled
    1/4 c. raisins
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    2 large egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Place bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.
    Add the milk and apple juice and toss. Add the apples, raisins, lemon peel, cinnamon
    and nutmeg to bread cubes.
