Potato Skins(Child Snack Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; bake at 400\u00b0 (or microwave until soft).
    Slice potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop pulp from skin (can use pulp for mashed potatoes).
    Cut skins lengthwise into quarters.
    Place skin side down on Teflon baking sheet.
    Bake at 475\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until crisp.
    Sprinkle with cheese and melt in oven.
