Black Walnut Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. black walnuts
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Boil to soft ball stage the sugar, salt and sour cream.
Add butter and black walnuts.
Cool at room temperature, without stirring, until lukewarm (110\u00b0).
Beat until loses its gloss.
Add nuts.
Spread in buttered 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
Cut into pieces.
