Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburg
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 slices bread, cubed
1 beaten egg
1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat milk and egg together.
Add bread cubes and let stand 5 minutes.
Put bread mixture in meat.
Add dry ingredients.
Mix well and shape into meat balls.
Brown on top of
stove or in oven.
Place in casserole dish and cover with beef gravy.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
