Banana Chocolate Crepes - cooking recipe

4 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. plus 2 Tbsp. milk
pinch of salt
1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 1/2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Melt 2 teaspoons butter.
Put flour, sugar, egg, 1/3 cup milk, melted butter and salt in processor and whip until smooth.
Let stand at least 1 hour.
Melt chocolate with 2 tablespoons butter. Stir in corn syrup, 2 tablespoons milk and another pinch of salt. Bring to boil, then simmer until thick, about 2 minutes.
Stir in vanilla.
Oil a small frypan (medium-high heat).
Pour 3 tablespoons batter and swirl to coat bottom evenly.
Cook until brown; turn and brown other side.
Repeat with remaining batter.
