E Z Chicken Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into strips.
    Mix flour, salt, pepper and baking powder together.
    In a medium size bowl, combine milk and egg.
    Beat well.
    Combine the flour mixture to egg mixture, coating on all sides of chicken.
    Place in large skillet with oil or shortening and deep fat until strips are all golden in color.
