Healthful Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 c. honey
    1 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    2 c. boiling water
    2 c. 100% Bran Buds
    2 c. raisins (optional)
    4 c. bran flakes
    6 c. unbleached wheat flour
Preparation
    Cream eggs, honey and oil.
    Add boiling water into Bran Buds and
    raisins.
    Cool.
    Add
    bran-water
    mix to eggs, etc. Add
    bran flakes.
    Alternate buttermilk with sifted dry ingredients.\tBake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Dough may be kept in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
