Cheesy Rice And Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. water
2 c. Minute original rice
1/2 lb. Velveeta process cheese, cubed
1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
1/2 c. each: chopped tomatoes and green pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro (optional)
Preparation

Bring water to a boil in saucepan.
Stir in remaining ingredients; cover.
Remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Stir with fork until blended.
Add tomatoes and green pepper; let stand 10 minutes or to desired consistency (rice will thicken up on standing).
