Holiday Fragrance - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pieces ginger
    3 sticks cinnamon
    16 whole cloves
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 to 2 tsp. pickling spice
    1 qt. pineapple juice
    1 qt. apple cider
    1 qt. water
Preparation
    Place spices in a large kettle with pineapple juice, apple cider and water.
    Bring to a boil for several minutes.
    Reduce heat and simmer, allowing house to fill with a wonderful holiday fragrance.
