Ingredients

1/2 c. rice
4 c. water
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Bring rice to boil; cook 7 minutes. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla to creamy mixture. Add drained rice. Stir well; cool. Add nutmeg. Serves 6 to 8.
