Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. mayonnaise (may substitute 1 c. butter)
    1 egg, beaten (2 eggs may be used)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix the soup, mayonnaise, egg, cheese and onion and add this to the drained broccoli. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs (or bread crumbs).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
