Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    10 oz. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in butter
    8 oz. Ricotta
    1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    5 pieces bacon, crisp
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Mix together in large bowl.
    Pour into unbaked crust and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
