Sausage And Apple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 3/4 c. corn bread mix
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 (20 oz.) can pie (apple) filling
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook sausage, drain and set aside.
    Pour oil in heavy skillet. Heat at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes. Mix corn bread mix, egg and buttermilk.
    Stir in sausage.
    Pour into heated skillet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, then cook pie filling, sugar and cinnamon over low heat and spread over mix.
