Doctor Bird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 eggs
2 c. diced bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
