Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine the flour and oatmeal in a mixing bowl. Stir in butter, brown sugar and cinnamon until crumbly.
Put 3/4 of the crumbs in a 13 x 9-inch dish and pack down to make crust. Add the raw rhubarb over the crust.
