Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5-6 medium baking potatoes
3 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 c. Kraft Miracle Whip
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
1 tsp. French's Classic Yellow Mustard
1/4 c. celery chopped
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan cook potatoes, covered in boiling salted water for 25-30 minutes or until done.
Drain and rinse in cold water.
Peel and cube potatoes.
