Crock-Pot Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef roast
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Start on high; turn down to low.
    Cook overnight.
    Can be served with onions, potatoes, carrots and other vegetables as desired.
