Mediterranean Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 wide, soft loaf French bread, sliced (take out some of inner part of bread)
5 tsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
black pepper, oregano and basil to taste
1 bell pepper, in rings
1 small onion, in rings
1 tomato, in rings
6 slices Provolone cheese
Preparation

Drizzle olive oil on bread.
Brush garlic on bread.
Sprinkle black pepper, oregano and basil to taste on bread.
Layer bell pepper, onion, tomato and Provolone cheese on bread.
Add layer of sliced black olives.
(May add any sliced meat of choice, if desired.)
Wrap in plastic wrap 1 to 4 hours before serving. Serves 4.
