Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 can chicken noodle soup
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. rice
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Mix soup, pepper, celery, rice and water.
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased casserole dish, then add sausage.
    Cover with foil and cook for 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and cook for 15 more minutes at 350\u00b0.
