One Dish Breakfast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
4 eggs
4 c. shredded cheese
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper (more to taste)
Preparation

Brown sausage and drain. Whip eggs.
Add all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cut in squares.
