Apricot-Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sweet potatoes
5 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. hot water
2 tsp. margarine
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. apricot nectar
2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cook and cut up potatoes.
Put in a 9 x 13-inch dish and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, except the butter and pecans.
Cook and stir for 2 minutes, then add butter and pecans.
Pour over potatoes.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
