Lo-Cal Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) bag frozen strawberries or 1 qt. fresh berries, trimmed and sliced
    2 (16 oz.) cans lite peaches, drained and cut into thirds
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits with juice
    2 bananas, sliced and sprinkled with Fruit-Fresh
Preparation
    Put all fruit in a large mixing bowl.
    Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon sugar-free Tang and mix well but gently.
    Then add 1 small box sugar-free vanilla or lemon instant pudding.
    Again, mix well but gently.
    Chill before serving.
    Flavor improves overnight.
