Tex-Mex Meat Loaf For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles, drained and divided
    1/4 c. regular oats (uncooked)
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. minced onion
    dash of garlic powder
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine 2 tablespoons chopped chiles and next 6 ingredients; stir well.
    Add ground beef and stir just until blended.
    Shape mixture into 2 (4 x 2-inch) loaves.
    Place in an 8-inch square baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
