Boiled Bacon Dressing(For Dandelion Green Or Dutch Lettuce) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bacon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. flour
1 beaten egg
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. water
Preparation

Cook bacon in frypan.
Remove bacon and crumble.
Add sugar, salt and flour to bacon drippings.
Beat egg and add vinegar and water and set aside.
When ingredients in frypan are thick and sauce-like, add the remaining mixture.
Continue to cook and stir.
