Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
4 large eggs
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar together one at a time; add oil and mix well.
Add flour, soda, salt and spices sifted together and mix. Add carrots last.
Bake in three layers at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool and ice cake.
