Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
    3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 lb. sausage (pork or venison) hot
Preparation
    Knead all together with hands.
    Add up to 3 tablespoons of water, as required.
    Shape into walnut-sized balls.
    Cook in 375\u00b0 oven 15 minutes or until crisp outside.
