Swedish Meat Balls For Slow Cooker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. ground veal
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 c. half and half
    3 eggs
    1 large onion, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 cans (10 1/2 oz. each) condensed beef broth
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine ground meats, bread crumbs, 1 cup of the half and half, eggs, onion and seasonings.
    Form 1-inch meat balls.
