Jewelled Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    Bama preserves, chilled
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix crumbs, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Spoon about 1 tablespoon of mixture into ungreased muffin cups.
    Press in firmly.
    Beat cheese and sugar together until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time.
    Fill crumb-lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
