Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) can whole beets
1 c. vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
8 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Place beets and juice in pan.
Add vinegar, sugar, water and salt.
Heat until sugar dissolves.
Cool to room temperature.
