Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Press 1/2 of crumbs in 9-inch pie pan.
    Cover with rhubarb. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla together.
    Cook until thick and clear.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
