Corn-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grease casserole pan with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    A box of frozen corn may be used.
    Cook it about 2 minutes before mixing.
