Rosemary Lamb Shanks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb shanks
    4 cloves garlic, peeled
    1 tsp. dried rosemary
    2/3 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Put shanks in casserole large enough to be in single layer. Add garlic, rosemary, wine, salt and pepper.
    Cover casserole with foil and a lid.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Remove shanks to warm plates.
    Cook down liquid until thickened slightly.
    Pour over meat and serve.
