Beef, Corn And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce or 1 (15 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. cubed green pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil.
    Stir to break up meat into bite size pieces.
    Add onion and green pepper; cook 5 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes.
    Cook 2 cups of Minute rice per directions.
    Serve beef mixture over rice.
    Quick, easy, delicious. Store leftover in refrigerator.
    Reheat 3 to 4 minutes in microwave covered with wax paper or Saran Wrap.
    If preferred, serve over cooked spaghetti.
