Country Style Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cube or round steak
    Flour
    Cooking oil
Preparation
    Pound flour, which has been seasoned with salt and pepper, into cube or round steak.
    Brown on both sides in small amount of oil.
    To make gravy, add water to meat and allow to simmer until meat is done.
    Thicken water gravy with milk and flour paste.
