King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and cut in bite size pieces
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chiles
    1/2 to 1 can chicken broth
    12 corn tortillas
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine broth, Ro-Tel tomatoes and soups.
    Mix well.
    Layer chicken and tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add soup mixture, then onion and cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
