Luree'S Ham Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. cooked, cubed ham
1 pt. whipping cream
1/4 c. chives
1 small can drained mushrooms
1 c. frozen green peas
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lb. pkg. spaghetti
Preparation

Cook spaghetti as directed in boiling water.
Meanwhile, saute in margarine the ham, chives and mushrooms, stirring often.
Drain cooked spaghetti and add ham, chives, mushrooms, whipping cream and Parmesan cheese.
Mix well.
Cook on low heat for 10 more minutes and serve with salad.
Makes 6 servings.
