Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    1/4 c. fine chopped onion
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    36 oz. frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together well and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
