Tabitha'S Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. cream
    2 1/2 to 3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter; stir in brown sugar.
    Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Stir in cream.
    Bring to boil again. Take off heat.
    Cool until lukewarm.
    Stir in confectioners sugar.
    Beat until spreading consistency.
