Artichoke And Romaine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head romaine lettuce
    1 (10 oz.) jar artichoke hearts, chopped (I use packed in oil)
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and chopped
    1 red onion, sliced paper thin in rings and separated
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Toss to combine ingredients.
