Spicy Broccoli-Orzo Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. broccoli florets
    8 oz. orzo, cooked al dente and drained
    2 large tomatoes, chopped
    3 medium green onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl and toss.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3 hours for flavors to blend.
    Serve chilled or room temperature.
    Serves 4.
