Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. salad oil or 1/2 c. melted margarine or 1/2 c. applesauce
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. flavored yogurt (suggest lemon, orange or apricot-pineapple)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine dry ingredients with a fork until well mixed.
    Stir together liquid ingredients slightly.
    Blend with dry mixture only until combined.
    Avoid overmixing.
    Spoon into greased muffin tins or use paper baking cups.
    Bake 15 minutes. Leftovers freeze well.
