Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 lb. sirloin or rump roast
    1 garlic head
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. red crushed pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dry parsley
    2 bay leaves
    2 c. water
    1 can Campbell's beef broth
Preparation
    Mix water and beef broth with all the spices. Bake with meat at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Keep basting.
    Or place meat and spices, water and broth in crock-pot and cook on low 7 to 8 hours.
