Sweet 'N Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, cut up
    salt and pepper
    1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup
    1 bottle Russian dressing
    12 oz. apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix together
    soup,
    dressing and preserves.
    Pour over chicken until completely
    covered.
    Put
    in large pan and bake until done at 350\u00b0 for 1
    hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered.
